Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter of FORBICI digital gift cards (the “Gift Cards”) and owner of each FORBICI Gift Card is – Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited, First Floor Northern Assurance Buildings, 9-21 Princess Street, Manchester M2 4DN
2. FORBICI Gift Cards can only be used in FORBICI. Please check with your server, before ordering, that your FORBICI Gift Card is in credit.
3. The minimum amount required to activate a FORBICI Gift Card is £25, up to a maximum value of £500. Subject to the minimum value, digital gift cards cannot be topped up.
4. FORBICI Gift Card activation may take up to 24 hours from purchase.
5. A FORBICI Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.
6. A FORBICI Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.
7. If you do not use the full value of your FORBICI Gift Card, no change will be given but the remaining balance can be used for future dining.
8. A maximum of 4 (four) FORBICI Gift Card can be used in a single transaction. Gift Card balances cannot be transferred from one Gift Card to another.
9. FORBICI will not be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed FORBICI Gift Cards. Cash or credit will not be offered if lost or stolen.
10. FORBICI Gift Cards should be treated as cash and kept safe.
11. FORBICI Gift cards which are defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
12. To redeem the balance on an FORBICI Gift Card, the FORBICI Gift Card must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically (in the form of a print out of the FORBICI Gift Card) or digitally on a smartphone.
13. FORBICI Gift Card can be used multiple times until all the remaining balance is spent.
14. FORBICI Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable (except in accordance with your statutory rights) and are only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and any remaining balance will expire and be lost.
15. FORBICI Gift Cards are not for resale.
16. Any funds loaded to a FORBICI Gift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming
insolvent some or all funds held on any FORBICI Gift Card issued may not be available to be spent.
17. Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited reserve the right to decline or withdraw the FORBICI Gift Card and the right to amend these terms and conditions of a FORBICI Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the Gift Card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
18. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
