Forbici has officially been recognised as one of the Top 100 Best Pizzas in the World – an incredible honour that makes us the highest-ranked pizzeria in Northern England and one of just two UK restaurants to make the global list.

Forbici has officially been recognised as one of the Top 100 Best Pizzas in the World.
It's an incredible honour to be named the best pizza in Manchester, the best pizza in the North of England, second in the UK and one of the best in the world.
When we opened our first restaurant in Manchester two years ago, we could never have imagined a moment like this.
This week, our team travelled to Milan to celebrate alongside some of the most respected names in pizza from around the world. Seeing Forbici recognised on the global stage is something we'll never forget.
But this award isn't just about us. It's about every person who has walked through our doors, recommended us to a friend, shared a pizza with family or chosen us for date night. Thank you for being part of our story.
From day one, we've been obsessed with doing things properly. Our signature biga dough is crafted by our master baker, Davide Argentino, a fifth-generation baker from Napoli. Using carefully sourced Italian ingredients and a fermentation process that pushes tradition to its limits, every pizza is made with patience, skill and respect for authentic Neapolitan craftsmanship.

To be recognised alongside some of the world's greatest pizzerias is an honour we'll never take for granted. It's also a proud moment for Manchester, proving that some of the world's best food experiences are being created right here in the North.
With our Sheffield restaurant now open and our Trafford Centre pizzeria opening soon, we're excited to keep sharing what we love with even more people.
For now though, we're simply celebrating.
